The Adactus Housing Group Ltd is the non-asset owning parent of the Adactus Housing Group.  Formed in 2002 it employs 120 members of staff providing central services to the other members of the group.

Adactus Housing Association Ltd

Adactus Housing Association Ltd was formerly known as Family Housing Association (M'cr) Ltd until a name change in 2005.  The Association manages 7,000 properties across the North West of England and employs 350 staff.  The Association was formed in 1964.

Beech Housing Association Ltd

Beech Housing Association was formed in 1984.  Beech manages over 1,000 properties, largely shared ownership and leasehold housing.  The Association employs no staff directly.  Beech's housing for rent is mainly based in Sefton.

Chorley Community Housing Ltd

Chorley Community Housing  was formed in 2007 to accept the large scale voluntary stock transfer of Chorley Borough Council.  It manages 3,000 former council houses and employs 90 staff.
