Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs and Maintenance services within the Adactus Group Structure are managed by the Asset Management department. We employ over 200 operatives and administrative staff to keep the our properties in good condition.
Our repairs and maintenance services are split between 2 main areas:- Day-to-Day repairs (sometimes known as Responsive Repairs): This is where you report a repair to us.
- Planned maintenance: We carry out Planned Improvements according to a set timetable.
Repair Responsibilities are split between you and us. Your responsibility includes the responsibility to contact us quickly if you have a repair to avoid further problems arising. Under the Right to Repair scheme, you may be entitled to compensation when we do not complete repairs within target times. We also run our own team of gas engineers who carry out gas servicing at all of our properties on an annual basis. All of our operatives operate according to a Code of Conduct and are subject to high levels of Quality Control. You are also entitled to carry out your own Tenant Improvements subject to conditions,.
In our information section, we also offer advice on how to operate your heating and hot water controls, how to control damp caused by condensation, and how to save energy.
