    In accordance with the principle of co-regulation, the members of the Adactus Group Structure have sought and achieved a number of accreditations from independent organisations to help identify quality and raise the standard of services.

    The Group's members have also commissioned independent reviews to provide health checks on current practices and pointers for improvement.

    Our tenants oversee an annual programme of in-depth scrutiny via the Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel to examine topics drawn from:

    • Service areas where the board have assessed that Value for Money needs to be improved.
    • Service areas where key performance targets are not being met.
    • Areas highlighted in the risk register as a key risk.
    • Service areas in which complaint themes can be identified.
    • Any of the previous year’s business plan priority projects.

    The following topics were chosen for scrutiny in 2013/14 via an Adactus500 consultation carried out in February 2013.
