We send our tenants a rent statement every six months by post.  You can contact us at any time for a copy of an up-to-date statement or use our online services to view your own rent balance.

We currently send out Rent Statements every six months to show you what the status of your rent account is. The statements do not coincide with cyclical Housing Benefit payments , therefore the statement could show an arrear even though a housing benefit payment is expected within the near future. Should you have any queries on your rent statement please contact us.

Here's an example of a shortened rent statement to help you:

Date: 
Each Monday when the rent is due.

Rent Debit: 
The total amount charged to your rent account.

Housing Benefit: 
The amount of housing benefit (rent rebate) credited to your account .

Rent Payment: 
The payments you have made, credited to your rent account.

Balance:  
Your account balance at the end of each week.

Tenancy Number: 
This is your unique tenancy reference to use when making payments.
