Offer: Adactus will liaise with and work with the Manchester City Council Neighbourhood Delivery Team to address problems of anti social behaviour and environmental problems from private occupiers.

Offer: In all instances of Anti Social Behaviour Adactus will attempt to visit the alleged perpetrator with the agreement of the complainant.

Offer: Adactus will encourage greenery in South Manchester, Trafford and Cheshire. Adactus will provide a fund for residents to improve green spaces and will support community groups trying to improve green spaces in the areas that we work in.

Offer:  A fund will be made available for residents in schemes to bid to improve the appearance or security of communal areas and spaces.

Offer: Annual property appraisal will be carried out on all properties as part of the annual gas safety check. The appraisal will encapsulate external areas including guttering.

Offer: Adactus will provide specialised operatives, skilled in the most relevant trade for the job that they are attending for. Adactus will work with interested residents to ensure that skilled specialist operatives are recruited.

Offer: In all instances tenants reporting a repair to the Contact Centre will be given a reference number to track the repair.
