Your tenancy

How can we help you today?

Exchange your home
We understand that your circumstances may change and you may therefore need to move to more suitable housing for your needs. If you need to move we’ll try to help you as much as we can.

Dealing with Anti Social Behaviour
We recognise the adverse impact anti-social behaviour and hate crime can have on tenants, residents and the wider neighbourhoods. All landlords play a key role in preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour in the areas where we own and manage homes, in support of our mission of Creating Homes, Building Lives.

Help with domestic abuse
Jigsaw Group believes that no one should have to live in fear of abuse or violence; it is “domestic” in nature if the perpetrator is a person who is associated with the victim. However, it is not limited to physical violence or confined to instances within the home.

Tackling Tenancy Fraud
Jigsaw will investigate reports of tenancy fraud from any legitimate source and take effective action against it. Where the fraud is a criminal offence, we will work with the Local Authority and/or police to assist them in bringing about a criminal prosecution.

Home contents insurance
As a tenant and/or leaseholder, it is your responsibility to insure the contents of your home: to protect your own furniture, belongings or decorations against theft, fire, vandalism and burst pipes.

To protect the contents of your home, you can take out your own household insurance either with this special scheme or by making your own arrangements.

Leaseholders
We are here to help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a leaseholder and your relationship with Jigsaw Homes Group.
