Tenant Services Authority
-
The Tenant Services Authority was the regulator of housing associations from 2008 until April 2012. It created the co-regulation framework for housing associations which is based on National Standards and Local Offers, an amended version of which remains in force after the abolition of the TSA.
Its responsibilities have passed to a sub-comittee of the Homes and Communities Agency.
