    Snow imageDue to the continuing adverse weather and difficult travel conditions please only contact us today, Wednesday 6 January, if you need to report emergency repairs.

    If you have already reported a repair and want to know when your appointment is please don't call us as you could be stopping someone getting through with a new emergency - we will contact you by either text or telephone.  For non-urgent repairs you can expect confirmation of your appointment by the end of Friday 8 January.
