The Group's customers range from families in need of accommodation to young and older people with complex needs for whom the Group provides customised support.

Some of the key features of our work in this area include:

Sheltered housing
The Group provides over 1,000 sheltered apartments which are specifically designed with the needs of older people in mind.  All sheltered apartments have a warden-call service and many have a resident scheme manager.

Aids and adaptations
We work in partnership with care agencies and local authorities to develop packages of care for our customers and we employ a consultant Occupational Therapist to help assess needs and access Disability Facilities Grant.  In addition to this, the Group invests approximately £350,000 each year to self-fund aids and adaptations work.


Assisted Living
The Group has diverse experience of developing and managing many different types of supported housing including specialist supported housing projects, floating support, resettlement schemes, and projects for vulnerable people with special needs that are managed in partnership with managing agents.
