Paul Lees, BA (Hons) FCIH, Group Chief Executive
| Paul graduated from Newcastle University in 1978 and has held several management positions in the local authority and housing association sector. He has worked at Wigan MBC, Liverpool Housing Trust, Sefton MBC, Family HA (M'cr) and County Palatine. He became County Palatine's Chief Executive in 1996 and led the business as it doubled in size within six years to 2002 and doubled again to 2008. He was appointed Group Chief Executive of the Adactus Housing Group in 2002. |

Hilary Roberts, BSC (Hons) MCIH, Deputy Group Chief Executive / Group Director of Development
Hilary is responsible for the Group's Development Department, heading up a £40M development programme. Hilary became County Palatine's Director of Development in 1994 and took on the Group Directorship in 2002. In 2006 Hilary was promoted to the post of Deputy Chief Executive. Hilary previously worked for The Housing Corporation and Cheshire Borough Council. |

Paul Chisnell, BSC (Hons) ACA, Group Director of Finance
| Paul was appointed Group Director of Finance in January 2009 and is responsible for the Group's approach to treasury management and the provision of Group finance services. Paul is a graduate of Newcastle University and a chartered accountant, building his career with Howarth Clark Whitehill, Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Paul has developed a strong commercial background through his previous directorships with a range of independently owned businesses in the North West of England. He is particularly experienced in company funding including work with the venture capital sector. |

Brian Moran, BA (Hons) PG Dip, Company Secretary / Group Director of Corporate Services
| Brian is responsible for the Group's governance arrangements and for developing the strategic direction of the Group's corporate services which include IT, marketing, HR, business analysis, and regulatory work. Brian began his career as a Research Assistant at Oldham council in 1995 before joining an LSVT housing association in a similar role in 1997. He joined County Palatine in 2000 to project manage reviews of service aimed at improving the business and worked for Adactus, managing its central services, since its formation in 2002. He was promoted to Director of Corporate Services in 2006. |
