Adactus Housing Group have announced the completion of 12 new homes at Sandy Lane, Clayton-le-Woods. The homes, built by developer Bellway Homes, include nine houses for rent and three for shared ownership. The homes for rent will be managed by Chorley Community Housing (CCH) on behalf of Adactus, while the shared ownership properties are being marketed by Beech Housing Association.
