Tenants’ Annual Reports 2010/11

We have published the Tenants’ Annual Reports for 2010/11, and what a year it was for the Group: a record number of new homes developed; £200,000 made available to tenants to spend in the Neighbourhood Fund, the introduction of new approaches to service delivery and the agreement of Local Offers.

Copies of reports for Adactus HA (with separate versions for each Local Offer), Beech HA, Chorley Community Housing and Miles Platting PFI are available on this website, or can be requested by email, phone or at one of our offices.

This is the second year that we have prepared annual reports for tenants, informed by guidance from our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority and with the help of the Tenant Editorial Panel. In the reports you can find pictures, stories and numbers that set out what happened in the year, as well as our priorities for 2011/12.

We have made some changes to the reports following feedback from the Adactus500: less lengthy, simpler language and more user-friendly presentation of statistics. We have also made use of comments from tenants in the ‘big stories’ which have featured on the Adactus blog since April.

This year’s reports also feature our Local Offers agreed with tenants. We have produced different versions of the report for each Local Offer so that you can read about our offer to you.
