A former Chorley borough councillor has been appointed as the chairman of Adactus Housing Group. Alan Cain, a human resource executive from Chorley, was confirmed as Chair at the Group’s November board meeting. He takes the helm of one of the largest housing association groups in the North West. Equality and diversity policies are not just words in a document. Here at South Office in Manchester, staff have gone one step further in removing barriers to participation for tenants with disabilities.
