A tenant who threatened to kill his neighbour has been handed a suspended sentence. The tenant from Ash Road in Litherland was handed a four week prison sentence at Liverpool County Court on 8 January 2013. The sentence, which was suspended for six months, was given as the tenant had breached an undertaking that he had given at court in June 2012 not to commit anti social behaviour. After calling his neighbour “a grass” and telling him “watch your back, you’re dead” the tenant failed to attend …
