Work is continuing on reviewing our Resident Involvement Framework. We are committed to involving tenants every step of the way and so far, we have spoken to five Local Area Panels, seven Active Tenants, carried out a contact survey with 500 residents  and carried out a more detailed Adactus500 survey with 42 participants. Two years ago, we revised our Resident Involvement Framework which sets out how we engage with our residents.  We are now in the process of reviewing this framework to ensure it fits in with current government and our own residents’ expectations of how we should be involving and empowering residents. Our Neighbourhood Fund has awarded Clayton House, a Sheltered Housing Scheme in Leigh,  a massive ÂŁ2,976.   The money will be spent to create a kitchen garden at the Adactus scheme to promote healthy lifestyles to the residents. Working alongside Groundwork’s Trust, residents will transform the under used outdoor space by installing planters, fruit trees and trellis for climbing vegetable plants.
