John Pugh,  MP for Southport, has planted a tree to mark the official opening of Adactus Housing Association’s 18 homes for rent at Brewery Place, off Upper Aughton Road, Birkdale.  The scheme comprises a mixture of apartments and three and four bedroom houses for rent. A £1.75m housing scheme has been completed by Adactus Housing Association in Trafford. The 16 new flats for rent have been built by Adactus in partnership with Trafford Council at Bowfell Road in Urmston, Manchester.
