Work is continuing the Adactus500′s Scrutiny of Tenant Safety (fire and gas). Last night, the very first Adactus500 scrutiny panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of tenant safety (fire and gas). Nine tenants came from across the North West to meet together to agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. The Adactus500 has been a successful way for us to give tenants the opportunity to give us regular feedback on our services and plans for the future. The Adactus500 has been up and running for two years now and has been an extremely successful way of getting important feedback from our tenants. The Adactus500 was previously available to a random selection of tenants by invitation only.  Following a comprehensive review of the way we involve residents in shaping and improving our services, we have decided to open-up the Adactus500 to allow any tenant or leaseholder to take part! The Respect Standard is an Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) Charter for housing. It was introduced by the government in 2006. The Respect Standard played an important role in improving performance in both preventing and effectively tackling anti-social behaviour. Social landlords (e.g. Housing Associations or Councils) sign up to the standard voluntarily.
