In addition to telling us how well we are doing, this information is used to highlight any improvements (or lack of) that result from service changes. We recently asked Adactus500 members for their views on the repair appointments we offer, and to get an insight into how convenient these were based on individual circumstances. We learned a lot from this the feedback, and the results will be used to further shape our new online service, Connect, as well as the repair appointments we offer in general. On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on planned maintenance met at our head office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny. The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by our internal affairs team, and to challenge the findings.
